My condolences to the family of Dr Varner. I was shocked when I heard the news, just last month actually, of his passing. He was my surgeon back in 2014. Took out a Morton's Neuroma for me. Even shaved my toe down, which I thought was odd. Haha he was a very sweet and kind man. I shall remember how he lit up the room when he walked in. Great smile and very nice. Again, my condolences. God Bless and God Speed Dr V

Bill was my go-to anesthesiologist at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands.
He seemed always able to listen and fix things. I never saw him angry.
Truly a great man and a great anesthesiologist.
He will be missed.

Dear Teri,
I am so sorry to hear this tragic news. I haven't seen you or Terry for many years now. Last time is when you both came to visit me in Newburyport and Boston.
Terry and I were the best of friends from Highscool throughout college but I guess distance and busy lives separated us.
Last we spoke, he said that he restored an old MGB convertible that he bought from me while at Lee.
I have followed his amazing achievements and I know he will leave a huge void in many peoples lives. God bless you and your family and please also give my comdolences to Mr. Varner.
Love Gary

I’m so sorry to hear about this and pray for his loved ones left behind. I worked with Terry at Fed Mart for two years before I left for college. He was such a nice man. He was friendly, considerate and kind. He was quiet, and humble, but such a nice guy. Praying for his family. God bless

I remember when Terry aka Bill would come to our house when he went to Robert E. Lee High School in San Antonio, Tx with my brother. He would visit fairly often. I was the young punk kid y
about 8 years younger. He had the coolest car though. Yes, Terry as we all knew him owned a really cool Trans Am like Smokey and the Bandit. He did always love his cars! They were always clean. He was always polite.
His parents back fence backed up to a decently busy intersection and people kept running into it and Terry's parents got tired of it so they finally put up a brick wall. Till this day that wall stands.
The Varner's raised a very awesome human being and just as the obituary states... if you were blessed to ever know him....he definitely touched your life somehow.
My brother and I were just talking about Terry about 3 weeks ago (all good of course) and my brother was asking me if Terry had ever worked with my husband (he works with MH as well in surgery). Unfortunately he had not. I vowed to try to get in touch with Terry but I never did. Something always came up.
Never wait to contact someone that comes to mind you may never get that chance.
I am adding his photo from High School. He always had that same smile and eyes. You will be missed.
RIP Volunteer, We love you and are sending prayers to your father, Terri and all your family and other friends. Until we meet again.
