Gone but not forgotten, see you again Bill Waidhoffer. I'm still looking for a great dermatologist....

Dr. Waidhofer was my favorite doctor of all I've had throughout my life. He would always take time and we would often discuss non-medical topics just visiting. I was saddened to hear he was ill and even more so of his passing. Rest in peace my friend. You are missed.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Yes He was my doctor and I bragged on him for years no one cured me but him. I will truly be missed. RIP

I was greatly saddened to hear of Dr. Waidhofer's passing. As a patient he showed me great kindness and was a source of knowledge and comfort.

So sad to hear about Dr.Waidhofer. He was our family's doctor for many years. He was reliable and just a great guy who respected his patients and really cared for us. I am sad, but delighted that he knew Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Now he gets to live our Father in heaven.

Wow- I just called to make my annual appointment with Doctor Waidhofer. I'm so shocked and saddened to find he's passed. He was a great doctor treating me for close to 10 years now. I would always recommend him to my friends. He was the best. My condolences go out to his family as he was way too young to go. I'm sure I'm echoing many others on here but he will indeed be missed.

Like others, I just learned of Dr. Waidhofer's passing. My condolences to his family. I first saw the doc back in the mid-nineties and several times over the years and looked him up today because I needed his practice's contact info. I was shocked and saddened that he had passed. He was always so gracious, knew his stuff and had the best bedside manner. May he rest in peace.

Dr. Waidhofer was all the things already mentioned here, and so much more of course than those of us who only had the privilege of being with him for 10 or 15 minutes at a time.

He was easily approachable as professional, while his humanity was always present in words spoken and unspoken.

My family truly misses this rare and outstanding man, and our condolences go out to the family of Dr. Waidhofer.

He always came in with a smile and was a warm and pleasant person to be around. He was the best at his practice and I didn't want to see him go. May you find peace during this time. Mrs. Waidhofer and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have been Dr. Waidhofer's patient for about 30 years. My husband and son saw him as well. He was a no nonsense, kind individual who always treated me with respect. And, he always had the correct solution for my skin problems. The world has lost a truly great man. Doc and I became friends on my first visit 25 years ago. His kindness and patient care were unmatched. The conversations we enjoyed will stay with me forever. God Bless you Doc .The world was a better place with you in it.

I have known Dr. Waidhoffer since shortly after I moved to Houston in 2006. I met him as a patient and as we were almost the same age, we had allot in common. He was never in a hurry yet was always on time. I have referred my entire family to him and many friends. He was a great old school common sense Dermatologist.

I am an avid gun collector and he always wanted to see if I had any new guns. He was an inspiration to me and always had a quick wit to my dark humor. I shall miss him greatly and I look forward to chatting with him again when God call me home. See you soon Bill Waidhoffer!

We were patients of Dr. Waidhofer since 1981 when we moved to Houston. He was always very thorough and willing to spend the time to discuss each and every problem. We had the utmost confidence in his expertise -- he could recognize a problem right away without causing alarm. He will be greatly missed -- a wonderful physician and good person.

I echo the kind and true comments about Dr. Waidhofer, each one of them. He is one of the few doctors I actually enjoyed visiting. I moved to Houston in 1979 and needed to find a dermatologist. Several persons recommended Dr. Waidhofer. My family have been his patients ever since. He treated my kids for warts, rashes, and got them through high school with acne treatments. He was such a down to earth person and a cautious and thorough physician. We feel blessed to have known him. My sincere condolences to the family.

My heart is sad to learn this news. I have so many wonderful memories of watching Martha and Bill dancing together at the Yacht Club, and trying to play songs that would keep them on the dance floor. They were a joy to watch! I am so grateful for our many conversations together on so many subjects through the years. What a beautiful, devoted couple living as an example of God's love! I love you both, will be praying for your family and will miss Bill's smiling face.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was a patient for 26 years of Dr. Waidhofer. He was a wonderful man and doctor and I enjoyed our talks during my visits. Our favorite subject was cruising. I was heartbroken to hear of his diagnosis as I just lost my brother the first of March with the same thing. I am praying for your family that you will find peace and comfort through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Bill Waidhofer is one of the most beautiful spirits I have ever known in my whole life. He was blessed with good looks, a fabulous body and a mind like a steel trap, and he earned everything he got. What stood out most of all was his honor and integrity. I grew up in Briar meadow with Bill and he always reminded me of Superman, as he was more powerful than a locomotive, leap small buildings in a single bound, but most of all he had a kind heart and great aspirations to be the best he could. He was the kind of human being that was dedicated to the ones he loved and my prayer is that the entire Waidhofer family and friends love on each other now and in the future to help deal with the pain that comes from losing such a beautiful spirit as Bill. God bless Bill Waidhofer and it wouldn't surprise me a bit if Jesus and Bill are pulling each other in a water ski boat up in heaven right now

Dr. Waidhofer was a wonderful doctor. He was patient & thorough in his diagnosis, asking lots of questions & spending plenty of time with his patients. Our family will miss him.
