William Paul Warnock

I remember Brother Warnock as my favorite Seminary teacher in La Canada, CA. I have often remembered a lesson he taught about not being afraid of being a Latterday Saint. He also spoke at a fireside for my young adult group in the American Fork, UT area a few years later. I hope the Comforter is with you at this time.

Dear Warnock family,
The Bonny family is very saddened by the passing of Paul. Helen will remember me and my family because of our friendship in Geneva, Switzerland where I met Paul, Helen and their children while they lived there working for HP. They were a pillar for our little Geneva Branch and were loved by everyone. Because we were not very rich and I had already a sister, Marlyse on a mission, they gracefully offered to pay for half my mission in England for 30 months. Much later, we moved to the U.S. and were able to visit with them a couple of years ago. He seemed to be in such good shape caring wonderfully for his dear wife Helen. He and his wife were among those people that we feel are immortal and eternal. And they are. I hope that this belief will help you all to endure those difficult moments.
