Bill was a great friend to me through our Navy career. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed .

Bill was and will always be a very special man. He fanned the flame of my son Hunter's interest in magic and truly lived life joyfully. Our time with him always brought us smiles and chuckles if not just downright laughter. We loved him. Thanks to Bill and to the good lord for letting him touch our lives in a truly magical way.

It was my great honor and pleasure that I had the opportunity to meet Bill at Sentara Norfolk General when he worked there. I am very glad to be able to call him a friend and will long remember the conversations we had. I wish his family peace in his passing and my prayers for their loss.
