Dear Sharon,
I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We were friends at West Jr. High & NHS. I'll always remember how brilliant he was in school. Straight A's every time! He was a really fun guy with a great personality. It's so sad to lose another classmate at such a young age.

Sincerely,
David Howse

Dear Mrs.Weimar,
My name is Ron Bagby. I graduated NHS in '65. Bill was a classmate, fellow 'thin-clad' and most of all, a good friend. I am so sad to hear of his passing at such a young age. I just turned 63 and have been lamenting "getting old." Then the news of Bill reached me and I realize 63 really isn't old. Bill was the kind of person I would be happy for my sons and daughter to be (like). He was extremely intelligent but he had the ability to make no one he knew feel intimidated by his intelligence. I think that is a rare quality in a person. I was proud to call him my friend. Our track brother-hood from '63 to '65 was one of the fondest memories of my life and Bill was a large part of that. I am sure you felt fortunate to have found him. I know I did. You may be sure we will light a candle for him at our reunion in Norman next June and many happy stories will be related about Bill.
His good spirit will live on with many people. Of that, I am sure.
Sincerely,
Ronny Bagby

Dear Mrs. Weimar,
I have had the honor and pleasure to be one of his students during the time he taught at LECOM. He had touched us in many ways, professionally and personally. He taught us to strive best in knowledge searching and be a life-long learner. He was so wise with his knowledge but yet so humble that we feel like he was our friend. He may be gone but the works he done for us will ever stay with us. We will always remember your kindness and your smile Dr. Weimar!.
May you rest in peace,

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Weimar as both a professor and an advisor for the first year and a half here at LECOM. Dr. Weimar had the ability to present his lecture material in a fun, light-hearted manner that everyone could understand; no matter how technically dificult or scientifically bizarre the subject. He was always there to lend an ear and give advise on future life choices. He had a style all to his own and will be forever missed but never forgotten.

I did not know Dr. Weimar. My son Michael is a member of the first class of pharmacy at LECOM. I know it is a sad day for his family and the students he taught. Michael made us aware of his condition last year and we grieve along with you.

Thank you so much for sharing you husband, friend and father with us at LECOM. He gave so much to me and came into my life as my advisor and Bio Chem teacher at a time when I needed all the encouragement and advice as a new pharmacy student and he absolutely provided that. Learning from him was so wonderful. I also thought to myself at times he knows so much, loves what he does and he was really excellent at teaching it to others. He had the ability to light up a room and always had the best jokes, sometimes I remember them and they still make me laugh till today. I never knew I could love Bio Chem so much. I was also able to share an experience with him on the curriculum committee with the other faculty members as a student developing the LECOM pharmacy outcomes. There is one things I will always remember he wanted us to all be able to do by the time we all graduated as pharmacist "interpreting and communicating the package insert to physicians, patients and other healthcare providers" which was included in the LECOM pharmacy outcomes. I hope and pray I can be a great pharmacist, like he expected of all of us. I thank him for all he has given to me, for his patience, the lovely time and I know he has gone to a much better place. You were absolutely loved Dr. Weimar.

Rest In Peace.

Dr. Weimar once taught us in class "the more you know, the less you know", he taught us to be humble to others, and always respect the knowledge.
Dr. Weimar is truely a mentor to all of us, You will always be in our memory and pray.
