I am so sorry for your loss. Bill was such a special person, When I got laid off a couple of years ago Bill bent over backwards helping me get my college assistance going. I completed the degree program and came back to Bristol. It is with his and a few other peoples help that I have made something out of my life. Bill made a very positive impact on this world and he will be deeply missed. The last time I saw him at the office we were out back, him smoking, me chewing and we had a good time talking about family and friends, work and such. He loved his job and his family very much. The world is a little more empty without Bill in it. My heart aches now and forever more. Till we meet again my friend. Michael

I am so sorry for your loss. I only worked with Bill for a short while. He was very dedicated, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by all.

I knew Bill from Lee-Norse in Pittsburgh, and when he was with VEC. He was a good friend and a gentleman. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill for 3 years at the VEC. He was always willing to help anyone in need. He was a great man and will be sadly missed.

I only worked with Bill for a short time at the VEC. I do know that he had a wealth of knowledge and was there if you need him. He will be missed. May God comfort you during this difficult time.

It was my pleasure to work with Bill for for the past seven years. When I came to the Bristol office, Bill made me feel welcome. His work was excellent He was always willing to help his clients and co-workers. He will truly be missed by all of his friends and co-workers at the Virginia Employment Commission.
