I was so sorry to hear of the loss of our BZ-Bull. That's what we always called him. He certainly made a huge impression on our family and left many happy memories. I believe we all know he is in a better place. My family has tried to contact him over the years but I talked to him only once. Just know we think of him fondly and will keep your family in our prayers.

Mom emailed me today regarding Bill's passing. I just wanted to let you know that I will keep you in my prayers. I also wanted you to know that I appreciated everything Bill did for my Mom, Dianne, Chuck, and me. Although I was never a real part of the family (in the sense of time spent living in Georgia), I always felt Bill lifted my family up during a difficult time.

Just wanted to let you know that our prayers are with you. I wasn't always the best step-son in the world. It wasn't until I was grown that I realized how much Bill had done for me. He truly loved us and supported us at a very important time in life. He introduced me to Junior Achivement. Dr. Swartz and so much more. He made me laugh a lot. I will always have good memories of him.

Jan, dear ... on this your birthday (1/29)I want to say that I had hoped to talk with you personally today. You are getting VERY close to the 1/2 century mark (smile)!!!

Since I don't know how to reach you (and I have tried for several months), let me also express my sorrow for the loss of your father ... a man God made and threw away the pattern!!! I am sorry he lost his battle before Chuck and Dianne were able to contact him ... we tried last summer when they were in town, and we tried on his birthday from Colorado ... 11/25/2006. They, and Jimmy will be sad to hear the news of his death ... they loved and appreciated him very much!
