My condolences to the Osborn family. From the time I was a young child (probably 4 or 5 yrs of age), my family were members of Greater First Baptist Church. The Osborn's treated us like family.

Mrs Willie Mae Osborn was such a devout Christian woman. No matter the obstacles thrown in her path, her faith never wavered. She was a spiritual mentor to many and I am blessed to have been one of them. She had an immense love for Christ Jesus which you could feel through her fervent prayers when you listened to her pray. The likes of such a person I believe will never pass this way again anytime soon. I am so very thankful to the Good Lord for allowing her to be a part of my Christian journey.

I will always remember Mrs. Osborn's gentle and sweet spirit and the wisdom that she imparted on so many. Her prayers were always so spiritual and heartfelt. She was a true example of a proud Christian woman, and she was very special to me. She will most definitely be missed but always treasured. May her beautiful soul rest in heavenly peace.
