Willie Riddick Obituary
Chesapeake - Willie Riddick, 90, passed away March 30th while at the Riverside Regional Medical Center, Newport News.
He was retired from Southern States Fertilizer Plant. He is survived by his children; Willie Derek Riddick, Rev. Dwight Riddick (Vera), Woodrow Cuffee (Sharon), Min. Lynette Riddick (William), Nora Tate, Min. Phyllis Sears (Rev. Floyd), Cleartis Cuffee (Petra), grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other relatives.
A public viewing will be held Tues., April 3rd at the Centerville Chapel A.M.E. Church, 1116 Fentress Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322 from 6pm 8pm. Celebration of Life Service will be Weds., April 4th, 12 noon at Gethsemane Baptist Church, Newport News, VA 23605. Professional Services entrusted to Community Funeral Home, 1210 Ballentine Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23504, (757) 625-7415

Pastor Riddick & Family,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Father. You and the family are in my prayers and I pray for your strength in Jesus during this most difficult time in each of your lives. Just know that your Farther is now resting in the arms of Jesus and there is no more pain or suffering and he now has his new glorified body. Keep those precious memories of him close to each of your hearts always. God bless each of you and much love to everyone.

I offer my condolences to the family. I remember Mr. Riddick visiting First Baptist Church in Dendron, VA. As a kid, it was always a big day when Rev. Riddick would introduce guests of his that drove all the way to Dendron to support him. Thankful for family!
