I worked with Bill when he was with Social Services. He was a good friend and although I had not seen him in a few years, I will miss him. My prayers go out to his family.

Bill was a kind, gentle man that we will miss dearly. We are better for having known him. We love you, Pat, and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
