Wilma Meanor Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 4, 2021.

Wilma Meanor, 70, of Imperial, succumbed to her illness Friday, January 1, 2021.

She was born November 27, 1950, in Pittsburgh, to the late William and Florence May Reynolds.

She was the adoring and loving wife of 47 years to her husband, Lloyd. The two of them shared a special bond and many years of happiness with a love for each other that only grew stronger throughout their years of marriage. Anyone who knew them would want their love story.

Loved and adored by her three daughters, Carolyn Hoffman (Danny), Jodi West and Becky (Ed) Baron. Her biggest fans were her grandchildren, Brad (Christie) Hoffman, Paige Hoffman (Joe), Siena (Cory) Cunningham, Giana Capozzoli, Alexis (Jonathan) Richardson, Chloe Cote, Noah Baron; great-grandchildren, Nick and Landon Petrunio, Waylon Cote, John and Blake Richardson, all of whom referred to her as "Jamma"; sisters, Mary Ann Williams, Laverne (Ed) Walker; brother, Larry (Meg) Reynolds; and many nieces and nephews.

She was an exquisite seamstress who enjoyed nothing more than time with her family and sharing a cup of coffee. Heaven has gained a very special angel who will be missed by all who loved her. Allegheny Health Network Hospice Care provided Wilma with loving care and compassion.

Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Thomas-Little Funeral Service Inc. and Crematory, 305 Main Street, Imperial, 724-695-2800, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Interment will follow in Valley Cemetery, Imperial.

Dear Mom. I have read your obituary a thousand times and feel like it could have been so much longer. You leave me with the only hope that I can ever be the mom you were or Gigi to Nick and Landon. I only wish that I can give the same memories to them that I was given by you and dad. I will forever cherish our time together and only vow to be as close to you as a mom, Gigi and partner you proved to be. My forever love to you and grateful for the endless laughs we shared. Rest in peace. I will cherish you and everything you stood for, forever. I love you and I miss you. My heart is broken. Carolyn

You have my condolences, Lloyd, Carolyn, Jodi and Becky. I am so sorry for your loss, your Mom was a kind and sweet lady. I often think of the crazy trip we took to Florida so long ago.

Seeing this made me sad. She was a special lady always kind and thoughtful. I would see her occasionally always a kind word to say..She loved talking about her girls and their families. Carolyn,Becky and Jodie you were truly blessed. Keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers
