Wilma Sarah Bien Sauer

My condolences to the Sauer family. I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Sauer as my pre-school teacher and piano teacher all through elementary school in the 90s. I still remember her orange punch buggy pulling into our driveway once a week and her patiently sitting beside the piano bench as I practiced songs from my workbooks. She always had the best assortment of stickers! I also remember being excited to introduce her to our new cat in 5th grade, knowing how much she loved animals. She truly was a wonderful educator and an all around good human being. Thank you Mrs. Sauer!

I am friends with Wilma's daughter, Julia. I never met Wilma, but Julia has shared stories about her. I know that Julia will continue to share stories, so Wilma will continue to live on.
