Woodrow Wilson Fanning

Dear Fanning Family,

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Fanning. I know you have many wonderful memories of him that you will always treasure. I hope these memories bring you comfort at this time.

I remember Mr. Fanning visiting my Grandfather when he was a patient at the hospital, doubtful any other person in his position would have taken the time. I have never forgotten his concern and compassion.

My prayers are with your family during this time. I worked in CCU at Bristol Memorial beginning in 1978. I remember Mr. Fanning as very caring and kind. He would suprise us on night shift from time to time to see how things were going for the patients and staff. As years passed I was able to look back and remember the wonderful attitude he reflected as CEO.
