Xavier Rashad Maypray age 18 of Gary,In was born June 21, 2005 to devoted parents NaToshia Maypray and Michael Boone in Gary, IN.As the eldest of 4, Xavier leaves behind his loving sister NaKayla Boone, and brothers Michael Boone Jr. and Kaden Boone, to carry on his legacy.Known by close family and friends as "Zay", his memory lives on in his aunties Alexis Moss and Jada Moss, as well as, uncles Corey Maypray, Courtney Moss, Jarred Moss, and Ryan Moss. He will be missed dearly by girlfriend Angelique Rayford, many friends, and countless family members.On June 15, 2024, at the young age of 18, Xavier was called home to be with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Richenda Moss, great grandparents Theodore and Dorothy Moss,and great-aunts Nina Moss Curtis and Cynthia Moss.Xavier attended 21st Century Elementary and Lighthouse Charter Schools in Gary, IN. He was an exceptional athlete, playing baseball and dominating at boxing. When he wasn't working at McDonald's or Wendy's.
