Young Lee Obituary
Born on June 30, 1946 to Hong Sup Pak and Poong Ok (Theresa) Ha in Korea, she graduated from Seoul Nursing School in 1964 and worked as a registered nurse for the rest of her life. Elizabeth worked at various hospitals throughout her career and later as a home health nurse.
After marrying Jung Taik (Daniel) on March 28, 1972 in Seoul, South Korea, they immigrated to Anchorage, Alaska where their first daughter was born. They moved to Los Angeles, California in 1975 where she lived for the rest of her life. Elizabeth was a devout Catholic who attended daily mass at Our Lady of Miraculous Medal in Montebello, CA. Elizabeth and Jung were parishioners of OLMM for over 40 years.
Preceded in death by her parents and older brother, Jae Kyu Pak, she is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, Jung and their children, Maggie (Thomas La Porte) Lee of Pasadena, CA and Marian (Scott) Dicus of New York, NY. Elizabeth is also survived by her grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, and Leah La Porte and Cate Dicus.
She loved to cook, garden and travel. Above all, Elizabeth was devoted to her family and especially her grandchildren. She will forever be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Condolences to Elizabeth's family, Jung, Maggie, Marian and grandkids. Elizabeth was my Mom's favorite home health nurse. At 90yrs old, my Mom was blessed to have Elizabeth give her physical, as well as emotional and spiritual care and comfort these past few years. Elizabeth was kind, caring and brought joy and compassion to our family. She gave Mom religious metals and prayers as she shared our Catholic faith. Our prayers are with you dear family as you grieve. Please find comfort in your memories, and know Elizabeth is resting with our Lord, and all the angels and saints.
