Young Chung Liu

Young Chung Liu was born in Taipei, Taiwan on Nov. 9, 1971. Young and his family moved to California in 1983 where he attended UCLA and graduated from in 1994.

He started his first job at Pyramid Limited where he worked with his beloved Uncle Jim and Auntie Margaret from 1994 to 1997. Young next worked at Deltamax as a Custom Broker, ultimately becoming an owner.

At age 15, Young began to study the Bible and in 1990 symbolized his dedication by water baptism as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Young met the former, Sharon Quan in 2003 and they were married on March 13, 2004.

In all areas of his life, Young was a responsible, humble, and generous person, displaying kindness to everyone who he met. Young was known as a good speaker and teacher of the Bible, as well as, a loving Elder in the congregation. He was also known to be a very approachable person to everyone including young children, adults, and the elderly alike.

As a Jehovah's Witnesses, Young demonstrated faithful and loyal love for his God, Jehovah. He was a sincere student of the Bible with strong conviction in the resurrection hope and looked forward to seeing all of his loved ones and friends in God's promised new system to come.

Young proved to be a fine example in life as a very caring and considerate person. He had many close relationships. He dearly loved his wife, Sharon, his parents, and parents-in-law. In addition, Young cared deeply for his cousins, uncle and aunts, and his fellow brothers and sisters. Because of his tender qualities and genuine affection for others, Young was dearly loved by everyone who knew him.

Young is survived by his wife, Sharon Liu; parents Jian-Yeh Liu and Ta-Shi Liu; younger brother, Young Hwa Liu; parents-in-law, Ha T. Quan and Phan A. Quan-Huynh; brother and sister-in-law, Danny Quan and Jenny Quan and their daughter, Katelyn S. Quan; Uncle Parrish Liu; Aunt Irene Liu; and cousins Oliver Liu, Winne Liu and their mother, Helen, in Los Angeles, CA.
