CASSIDY Yvonne (formerly Concannon), Saint Josephs, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, passed away peacefully on the 9th November 2012 in the Galway Hospice. Yvonne's husband Sheamus, parents William and Nuala, sister Martha and her sons and daughters wish to express their sincere gratitude to all who sympathised and supported us on our sad loss. We are extremely grateful to all our neighbours in Saint Josephs and all our friends who have supported and helped us over the past few years of Yvonne's illness. We would like to say a special thank you to the Darcy family for their continued and constant support and kindness. We would also like to thank those who travelled short and long distances, in particular Yvonne's daughter-in-law Maria and her entire family, and close family friend Cathal Dolan. We would like to express our gratitude to Dr. Dolan, Dr. Jennings and staff at Marina House. To Niamh and all the staff in Murphy's Chemist. To the community nurse Shirley and the Palliative nurse Martina. The Galway Hospice staff and finally the staff in the Oncology Department in Portiuncula Hospital, you have all shown great care, kindness and professionalism throughout the years. We also wish to thank Grenhams Funeral Directors and the gravediggers who took care of all the arrangements efficiently and with great care. To Father Garvey who performed the Mass and visited the family. To Jim Lally and the staff of An Táin who brilliantly catered for all those who attended the funeral. To Claire Lawless who provided the beautiful flowers. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Months Mind Mass. Saturday, 15th December, 10.00a.m. in St. Michael's Church, Ballinasloe.
