June 10, 1940 - November 4, 2015 YUKON Yvonne L. Foreman, 75, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at her home in Yukon, OK. She was born in Christchurch, New Zealand on June 10, 1940. She met Don Foreman on his first trip to the Antarctica in Oct. 1957 and married him on his way back in Oct. 1960. Yvonne lived the last 55 years to the fullest and was happy with a Cherokee Sailor from Arkansas and together they raised two children. Everyone loved her wit and fun loving attack at the world. She will be missed dearly. Yvonne left her mark on all of us in one way or another. She became a naturalized citizen in 1977 in Yukon, OK. She was a member of the Fleet Reserve Auxiliary. Yvonne is survived by her husband Don Foreman of the home in Yukon, OK, daughter Sandra Foreman and Bob Ivins of El Reno, OK, son Tim Foreman and wife Billie of Meeker, OK, grandson Matt Foreman and fiance Amanda Wallace of Harrah, OK, granddaughter Catherine Landeros and husband Chris of Moore, OK, great granddaughters Ava Landeros, Rayleigh Foreman, and Leila Wallace, sister Sue Walker of Christchurch, New Zealand and brother Murray Reid of Australia. There will be no service per her wishes. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made in her name to the DAV, 3210 Belaire Dr., Midwest City, OK 73110. Yvonne, we could not be there, you died too soon, but we will be there this year to celebrate your life, your humour and your giving personality, you were a person that we enjoyed visiting and trying so hard to come back to the US to see you again, we will be there 4 days before your memorial day but that was when you were still with us, and in my book that was the best time, I will not mourn you I will celebrate you, you wonderful person, love Sal and Joe XXX we will have a drink with your man and remember you forever ......
