JAMESTOWN — Zachary Brandon Cramer, 22, lost his brave battle with Batten Disease on Friday, July 14th, just before 12:30 p.m. in his own bed at home. His absence will be greatly felt by all that knew him, especially his family. Zach is survived by his mom and dad (Corlina & Brandon Cramer), his sister (Caitlyn Cramer), maternal grandmother (Ardith Gail Fairchild), paternal grandparents (Pam & Garry Cramer), great-grandmother (Geraldine Breckel), aunts and uncles (Greg & Rochelle Fairchild, Michelle & Chris Peiffer), first cousins (Phillip, Stephen & Isabella Fairchild; Ethan & Emily Peiffer), many great-aunts, great-uncles, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather (Ernest Fairchild), maternal great-grandparents (Roy & Bessie Fairchild; Bradley & Lucy Risner), paternal great-grandparents (Charles Breckel; Albertine & Eugene "Cotton" Cramer), several great-uncles & great-aunts, and several cousins. Littleton Funeral Home in Sabina will be arranging services as follows: visitation is Tuesday, July 18, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Jamestown Church of Christ, 152 W Washington St, Jamestown, OH 45335. Funeral services on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, will start with a viewing from 10 a.m. until the funeral at 11:00 a.m. at The Jamestown Church of Christ, 152 W Washington St, Jamestown, OH 45335. In lieu of flowers, we are asking that donations be made to the Batten Disease Support & Research Association in memory of Zach. ( https://bdsra.org/donate/ ) We want to win this battle for Zach and all who have fallen or continue to fight.

Zach will be missed!! I remember Zach coming into the Phoenix Restaurant with his mom dad and sister. He always made me smile--then seeing him at church made me thankful for life! Great parents and grand parents "Cramer" May God comfort this super family!
