Zachary Elder Lewis

Zachary Elder Lewis, M.D., 30, of Charleston, South Carolina, fiancé of Kylie Jane Geddes, entered into eternal rest Sunday, March 31, 2024. His Celebration of Life Service will be held May 4, 2024, at the College of Charleston Tennis Courts, 85 Patriots Point Road, Mt. Pleasant at 11:00 am. Downtown Chapel. The family requests that everyone please wear colorful attire. Zachary was born October 6, 1993, in Lexington, Kentucky, son of Jim and Jenny Lewis. He was a graduate of Lexington Catholic High School, Lexington, KY and the College of Charleston where he was a member of the Men's Tennis Team. Zachary completed Medical School at the University of Kentucky. He was currently a second year Medical Resident of Anesthesiology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Zachary is survived by his fiancée, Kylie; parents: Jim and Jenny Lewis of Richmond, KY; grandmother, Lelia Ann Elder of Lebanon, KY; aunts and uncles: Rick and Angela Elder, Randy and Dottie Colvin, Dennis and Kori Elder, Kevin and Shannon Regan, Mark and Janice Lozier, and Steven and Robin Haverkamp; future in-laws: Tim and Sherri Geddes, Hunter and Jenna Geddes, and Brooke Anne Geddes; many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
