My condolences to Zachary's family, friends and colleagues. I enjoyed hiking and playing board games with Zachary. He was always up for a challenge be it a very long hike or a complex board game! It was a pleasure spending time with him, such a nice guy and he had so many interesting stories of his travels.

The endearing goodness of Zachary was one of his many blessed and natural gifts. I had the privilege of passing through his orbit only a few times, but what always struck me - the brilliance he wore so well, his quick smile, his intense interest in others, a curiosity that saluted the universe, and a kindness that he oft' demonstrated so openly. He will be missed dearly by his colleagues, friends, and family - my deepest condolences.

I was in EFM with Zach for two years and within that time I felt lucky to know him and grateful that he was always willing to share his experiences and worldview with us. Seeing him at church on Sunday or at a gathering was always a gift and I will miss him deeply.

I remember when Zach first started at ICIS. I was a relatively new price reporter, and was tasked with "training" him on aromatics. But he was much more of a mentor to me on markets reporting overall. He was always humble, always happy to explain things or talk through things happening in the markets and was knowledgeable in all of what we cover. He was also a good guy outside of the office with a wide variety of interests and great stories. Zach will be missed as a co-worker and as a friend.

We had high hopes when we hired Zachary, and he did not disappoint - indeed he showed us how well the job could be done. Despite that, he was always modest and quiet about his own achievements. Looking back over years of photos inside and outside the office, we see a man who knew his craft well and very much enjoyed the company of his colleagues. He clearly had a sense that he belonged, and he was absolutely right about that. My memories will be of the best of times.

Zachary was a pillar of our ICIS family, and we will always be grateful for the institutional knowledge he passed on to dozens of new market reporters. I´ll remember him as a rock in times of change and a sure and steady presence when I was less than certain of something. He was always a comfort in that way, and I hope he knew that. I´m heartbroken, most of all for his family. A tragic loss at such a young age. My heart goes out to Trish, Ashley, William and the girls.

Zachary will be much missed by his friends and colleagues around the world. I spent happy times with him in Houston and in San Antonio, at social events and in the office. Looking at the photos of us together with friends, I am glad we had that time together. He was always professional to work with and he had a real interest in doing the best he could in his work. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends.

I had the honor of being in EfM with Zach and seeing him on Sundays at church. He had such rich and varied interests, he always enriched our conversations. He also introduced me to interesting works of art I hadn't seen before. I loved smiling at him on Sundays when he was an usher at our church service. I am thankful for the part of his life I got to share. We will miss him.

I will remember Zachary as an experienced and above all very kind colleague. Always patient and willing to help, he was the go-to person for me when I had questions about polymers and aromatics, two of the several markets he knew so well. Zachary was very good at doing presentations. One of the best! He had the ability to connect with his audience (large or small) and explain difficult and at times dull market concepts in a way that kept everyone engaged. I will miss our non-work-related conversations, which included politics, the economy, life in Turkey and even the Andy Griffith Show due to his connection to North Carolina. He will be greatly missed in our company and particularly in the Houston office.

A lunch with Zachary had become something of a ritual with my visits to the Houston office. Our conversations spanned from work, to walks (ok...hikes!), to places of interest and history...a shared passion.
It goes with out saying when you reflect on the volume of markets and content he touched, he was an incredible bright, talented individual, who loved speaking to customers, market participants and colleagues - a real team player both on the field and off.
He will be sadly missed by all the family at ICIS, and my thoughts are also with his family and friends, sending you all love and best wishes at this challenging time.
Rest easy pal x

Zachary was my boss entering the field of chemicals and chemical price reporting nearly 7 years ago. His unabashed approach to engaging with the market unequivocally helped jump start my career in this industry, for which I will remember him fondly. Even more so, his love of hiking, UNC and his Turkish cat will be long remembered. I only wish for the best for his family, loved ones and colleagues as we remember him for many years to come.

Love and prayers to his family during such a difficult time. He was a decent colleague to me for 8 years at ChemOrbis, Turkey office, a nice and gentle friend, passionate about seeing every part of the world, learning always, and a great cat daddy. Among many moments, I remember the cutest ones when he talked about his lovely nieces, with shining eyes. He will be missed, but always be remembered with beautiful memories. My sincere condolences. May God keep him sleep in peace.

Zachary was adept at talking about commodity markets, but what really got him going was talking about his beloved North Carolina Tar Heels. Enjoyed talking sports, work and life with him and pray peace for his family and friends during this distressing time.

Zach was my superior for more than three years at ChemOrbis. He wasn't just a great tutor but also a dear friend. He taught me a lot about the industry with so much patience. I'm really grateful for knowing him and spending those years alongside him. It´s a hard goodbye to a caring, humorous, and very intelligent man. Also a cat-lover and a Kadikoy man <3

Thank you for everything Zach, you´ll always be remembered with love. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family during this time.

When I joined ICIS, Zachary was one the first colleagues that I interacted with and attended conferences together. A bright man, sharp thinker and most of all personable and friendly. He will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers will be with him and his family.

I am so sorry for the family's loss. Have been privileged to have worked with Zachary all these years at ICIS and to get to know him. He was brilliant, so knowledgeable about the industry and collaborated well with others in all functions. We went to several conferences and customer meetings together over the years and it was great to see him in action as an industry expert. Last saw him in Houston in October where we got a chance to grab lunch at Truth BBQ with another colleague, and so glad we did. I'll miss Zachary, his smile and the happier times we shared in Houston, New York and all over the world. My condolences and prayers for his family.
