I have to be honest with you, and its the strangest feeling I got, when I would see you & your husband on the highway, I always seem to have the urge to look into your car, to look for your daughter, just to get a peek at her smile. Thank you so much for sharing your precious gift with me. I was touched and honored to know Zakiyah for only a few short months, but her strength and spirit will forever be an inspiration to me. Her energy and laughter was contagious and I feel so blessed to have had her touch my life. Bless you all and may God, family, and friends give you strength through such a difficult time. Mr. & Mrs. Butler- Please know that you will forever be in my heart and I will remember your dedication to your very special girl.

I am so sorry for your loss; I can not imagine having to say good bye to your baby. May the Lord give you comfort during your time of mourning and remembrance of all the memories you shared with your baby that God gave you for only a little while. She suffers no more.

Precious Angel is now God's heavenly angels. No more pain....she is free!!! My prayers are with you all.

My words cannot express the sorrow I feel for you and your family. Sometimes life does not make sense and losing someone as young and loving as Zakiyah is tragic. My heart goes out to you during this most difficult time. Zakiyah is an angel now and she will watch over her family forever.

Zakiyah was one of my kids at little people daycare. One of the memories I had the most of Zakiyah was her having her Bible and reading it to us. My prayers are with her family. She's in a better place with no pain and no more suffering.

My sincere condolences to the family of this angel. I know she is in God,s loving arms.

To all of Kya's family, Words can't express the sorrow I feel in my heart for you at the loss of your beautiful baby girl/sister. Our family shared some time with Kya at our home when she was younger...that baby was full of life. (:) The children adored her. No doubt she brought much joy to your family. Lord we don't know why, and some things we will never understand; Yet we will trust You. I believe God had a purpose for Kya and she completed that mission. Kya and her beautiful smile will be missed. I submit my prayers unto the Lord Jesus for Strength for your family as you mourn loss of your baby girl; yet celebrate the memories of the good times and the laughter you shared together. I heard the Story of the Dream that Kya had when Jesus spoke to her. I pray you will share that story with others.

I had the pleasure of working at Dynard with Zakiyah, and my daughter Riley was in her class. My favorite Kya story is also a life lesson. The assignment was about rain. The kids were supposed to write what they like to do when it rains. When asked what she would do when it rained, Kya through up her arm and said, "Praise the Lord!". Thank you for sharing her with us. She will be truly missed. Your family is in my prayers.
