Zalia was the best grandmother and great grandmother you could ever ask for. She went out of her way to let you know that you were special and important to her. Through her actions she was a true example of how to love others more than yourself; a shining example of Christ like love poured out on those fortunate enough to know her. Our family has been forever changed by the love of this beautiful lady. To say she will be missed is an understatement. We love you and look forward to reuniting with you one day in His sweet presence. -The Shaw Family

Dear Mom,
Thank you for being the best mother in the whole world. You have made my life so much richer, and it is so wonderful to grow up with so much love and affection, acceptance and encouragement. I miss you so much, and I thank God that I had the privilege of taking care of you when you needed me to and that we got to spend so much quality time together. I learned so much from you, and I am holding you dear in my heart. You still impact everyday of my life and I especially miss your great sense of humor. I get a huge smile on my face and on my heart when I think of you and I hold every memory of you fondly in my heart.
Love always,
Belinda

Dear Petersen Legacy-
Please know that my heart goes out to you as I share in the grief of the passing of your beloved family matriarch: always, for me, Mrs. Petersen. I loved the photos you selected for the beautiful tribute to her. As I viewed them, I thought, first, what a handsome couple she and your Dad made; second, and more importantly, I absolutely marveled at what a fine Petersen Family Legacy they made in all of you.
Your family is responsible for many great childhood memories. Perfect neighbors. A lasting impact, your parents helped to introduce me to the invisible hand of free enterprise. As you know, individually, from your own experience, “The Petersens' Yard” was a chore to mow, edge, clip, and sweep. I was blessed, after you each left, that she entrusted that job to me at a young age. For years, that helped to teach me responsibility and pride in hard work. Priceless life lessons. "Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Petersen." Your parents will always have a special place in my heart for many reasons.
May your fondest memories of that wonderful lady always be close in your minds and may the Lord Bless you with comfort in knowing that she is now gazing over a scene more beautiful than any manicured lawn we could ever imagine.
With deepest sympathy and prayers,
Randy Fluke and the Whole Fluke Family
