It is hard to believe it has almost been a year. I think of all of it nearly daily in some way. I remember when Zeke first moved to Piedmont, maybe the actual day. Shane had several WHS boys in a convertible at Cane's Corner. I pulled up with my daughter and a bunch of WHS girls. Shane and I quickly agreed that was not a good idea! But they all became friends in interacting circles. I was glad. His final service packed out with a heartbroken community was a testament to the place Zeke made in a short time amongst us. I hope you all are well. Always here for any of you.
With love,
Candy

To the Schilling Family, we are so heartbroken over the loss of sweet, loving Zeke! We extend our heartfelt sympathy to everyone. He was a special son and we always felt like he was one of ours. He will be missed dearly. May God's comfort & Peace be with you through this sorrowful time. Matthew 5:4 says Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted". We love you and always will. Zeke and I weren't the best of friends, we didn't always get along, but he was one heck of a guy. I had the pleasure of meeting him and knowing him through our child development class last semester and seeing how good he was with little children was a wonderful sight. I send my prayers to the family. God Bless you brother
