As we near the first anniversary of your untimely passing, it is hard to believe that the world has continued to revolve without your grace, kindness, compassion, friendship, and love to sustain us. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you, that I don't miss you, and that I don't realize heaven became a much more beautiful place when you passed through its gates. You will forever be in my heart and in the hearts of my family. Until we meet again, dearest comadre.

Today, anniversary of the day we met. That rowboat ride in the park. Your smile still melts my heart. Will keep the light on! So long for now.

You reached your hard challengingly journey. And your life's mission was gracefully completed. Although some of us have a broken heart, but I believe the Lord when he said "I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me will live, even though they die; and those who live and believe in me will never die".

I believe that you will continue to live in the hearts of those you loved and those that loved you.

You were my best friend for almost 40 years. Always there, through thick and thin. to lend a hand, a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen. Never judged; always offered good advice. I learned so much from you. We had our ups and downs and there were stretches of time we were not in touch, but no matter when we did connect it was like I spoke with you yesterday. We went through good times and bad but you were always a part of my family and I know I was always a part of yours. I will continue to be until my time comes and I see you again.
