Gary LaScola Obituary
He was born April 26, 1960, in Toledo, Ohio, to Ronald and Patricia (Kandik) LaScola, and attended Bedford High School.
Jeeper worked for B & P Wrecking in Toledo and later Homrich in Detroit. He was also well known at Oakshade Raceway where he devoted his time to car #23, owned by life-long friend, Brad Wade.
In addition to his mother, Patricia of Florida, he is survived by life companion, Jan Henley; her children, Kendra and Janelle (Niko) Henley; and grandchildren, Brendyn, Kaelynn, Trinity and Aja; his siblings, Ronald (Carlene), William (Linda), Thomas (Jackie) LaScola; Marisa Combs, Connie LaScola; brother-in-law, John Cisek; many nieces and nephews, and extended family, Justin (Lisa), Billy (Jamie) and Tondra Paxton, along with their children.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald; sister, Carlyn Sue Cisek; infant brother, Timothy LaScola; and grandparents, Joseph and Helen Kandik and Carl and Frances LaScola.
Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016, at Wagley Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris Brundage officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will also take place Saturday, 11 a.m. until the service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Jeeper can be made to Wagley Funeral Home to assist with expenses. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.WagleyFuneralHome.com.
