WAPAKONETA -- Alfred E. "Al" Tester, 95, of Wapakoneta, died at 10:15 p.m., Mon. Nov. 27, 2023, at The Gardens of Wapakoneta. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Mon. Dec. 4, 2023, at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, Wapakoneta. Burial is to follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery, Wapakoneta. The family will receive friends 12:30 p.m. until the time of the time of the service, Mon. Dec. 4, at the funeral home.

I will always remember going to the lumberyard to see my Grandpa Lymon Miller and Al would give me and my sister a piece of candy and joke around with us while we waited. He always had a smile on his face and welcomed us like family.
