DELPHOS -- Barbara Jean "Barb" Ramlow, age 90, went Home to be with her Lord at 8:35 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Meadows of Delphos with her family by her side.
Barb was born May 16, 1935, in Roundhead, OH, to the late Melvin Ray Lawrence and Delores "Dolly" (Johnson) Lawrence Donnal. On March 17, 1989, she married Henry Dietrich Ramlow, who preceded her in death on May 7, 2002.
Barb attended South Junior High School and had worked at the RG Dunn Cigar Factory. She volunteered at Lima Memorial Hospital for many years, was an avid gardener and enjoyed crocheting and working crossword puzzles. Barb especially loved the Lord and was a member of Pentecostal Bethlehem Tabernacle Church.
She is survived by her sister, Rosetta May "Rosie" Johns of Delphos; brothers, Russell (Gladys) Lawrence of Lima, and Rev. Don Donnal of Lima; niece, Rosemary "Rose" (Michael Carder) Nichols of Delphos; and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Ray Lawrence, and Delores "Dolly" (Johnson) Lawrence Donnal; stepdad, Russel Ray Donnal; husband, Henry Dietrich Ramlow; sisters, Pearl "Marie" (Howard) Cramer, Mary Martha (Harold "Bo") Kleman, and Dixie Lee (Charles) Bradley; infant brother, Alvan Donnal; brother-in-law, Donald I. Johns Sr; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Donnal.
Barb's wishes were that no services be observed at this time.
