Barry Musser Obituary
HAINES CITY, FL -- Barry L. Musser, 75, of Haines City, FL, passed away on July 30, 2025. He was born on March 3, 1950, in Lima, Ohio to Russell Abraham Musser and Betty Jane Frazier Musser. In 1988 Barry married the love of his life, the late Gayle Huet Musser (passed in 2004).
He graduated from Elida High School where he was a percussionist in several bands. He then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. After being honorably discharged with the rank of staff sergeant, he earned an associate degree in applied sciences.
Barry was happiest outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed boating and golf. He was a loyal fan of The Ohio State University marching band, Buckeye and Steeler football. Known for his personable, outgoing nature, he was always ready to lend a helping hand.
He is survived by his brother, Brice (Carolyn) Musser; brothers-in-law: Gregory (Alisa) Huet, Mathew (Linda) Huet, Brian (Karen)Huet; nieces, and nephews including Tovia Musser and great niece Isabella Musser.(Ottawa).
A celebration of life will be held September 6, 2025 in Winter Haven Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
