LIMA -- Bonny D. Doute "Popcorn", 71, passed away at 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at Springview Manor.
Bonny was born on May 22, 1951, in Lima, Ohio. On July 24, 1971, she married Donald C. Doute who survives in Lima.
Bonny enjoyed reading, crocheting, watching the news, cooking and baking, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband Donald C. Doute; children, D. Matthew (Rachel) Doute, Amanda Blank, and Laura R. (Tim) Ulrick; and grandchildren, Bethany Ulrick, Riley Ulrick, Casey Ulrick, Katelynn (Ethyn) Dirmeyer, and Sara Grace Kennedy; sisters, Kitty (Jerry) Rolston, Shelley (Joe) Hutson, Chris (Dana) McCain; A brother Doud Goble; a sister-in-law Judy Doute; several nieces and nephews and her dog Bebe.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mara Lee Goble; a daughter Kimberly Lynn Doute; and a grandson Judah Arthur Bailey Doute.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio. A funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2023, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Memorial Park Mausoleum, Lima.

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are going out to you and all your families. I met Don and Bonny back in 1974, threw Dave Wolfe. When we were married. Bonny was a very special lady. Don was a very man to have a lady like Bonny. They were such a great couple. May Bonny RIP. God bless you and all your families at this time.
