Chad Mullins Obituary
LIMA -- Chad Allen Mullins, 36, of Lima, OH, passed away on December 14, 2023. He was born on April 15, 1987, to Larry Mullins and Sheila Davis.
Chad is survived by his father, Larry Mullins; mother, Sheila Davis; son, Mason Mullins; daughter, Iris Vandyke; and sister, Misty Dunlap (Adam).
Family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
