Hazard!! I remember you and we played many a football game together. I remember all our practices. You were the best at hitting a man during that season. I remember the hit you put on me after I caught Billiter's pass. You nailed me, but I still hung on to the ball. You congratulated me and that was my brightest moment of you. I am so sorry for your family's loss. You were one of the toughest men I knew. You will be missed by the class of 71 at Wapakoneta High.

Met Hazard in seventh grade and became best friends. We were inseparable all through high school. Had more fun and got in more trouble than we legally had a right to. Reconnected in our thirty´s and spent a lot of time bustin walleyes on Lake Erie. Haz was a good friend to my entire family. My dad was especially fond of him. He was his extra son. I loved him like a brother. Best wing man ever. A great friend gone too soon.

Dennis (Blue) and Sam all caught a mess of bluegill when I was like 15 . He taught me how to fillet and cook them . Good guy ...very sorry for your loss !! Catch a biggie in heaven Blue !! Shane (Sam-Shebas nephew) Hoffman.
