DUBLIN — Eric W. Place, 44, died July 9, 2016, in Franklin County.
A private memorial celebration will be held at his Aunt Carol's home from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Arrangements are by Harter and Schier Funeral Home, Delphos.

I feel very privileged to have gotten to know Mr. Eric Place while I lived in Columbus. He was more than kind, generous,and lots of great memories. We shared many laughs and many secrets. He was my best friend. So learning this. Is a shock to my system. You maybe gone. But you always will remain special and very dear to my heat.
