ELIDA -- Frances Louise Strayer, 93, Elida, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Lima Memorial Health Systems. Funeral 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Zion United Methodist Church. Visitation 1:30-2:00 p.m. Sunday at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville.
