OTTAWA -- James Victor "Jim" Bibler, age 68, of Ottawa, was sent to his eternal home on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in Columbus after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on September 20, 1957, in Lima, the beloved son of Virgil and Miriam (Taylor) Bibler. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Continental. Jim was married for 45 years to Marcy Bibler, who survives him.
Other survivors include his two children: Courtney (Edwin) Rivera and Corey Bibler; four grandchildren; and two siblings: John (Sherry) Bibler and Joyce (Rowdy) Howell.
In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Jack (Peggy) Bibler.
Jim was the owner of a machining company, D4 Industries, for many years in Ottawa. Jim loved spending time in the warm weather and visiting the beach. It was a place where he enjoyed relaxing while in a chair and listening to the waves.
Per Jim's request there will be no services held at this time.
Arrangements are under the direction of Love Funeral Home, Ottawa.

I am so sorry to hear this. I ran into him last year at the Red Pig. We had a nice talk of reminiscing about our families. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I'm so sorry Mim, love you. Sandy Hall
