Janice Koontz Obituary
LIMA — Janice H. Koontz, age 74, passed at 3:34 p.m., Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Lima Memorial Hospital. She was born March 2, 1947 in Lima, Ohio to the late Ralph and Germaine Shumaker Spicer. She married Keith O. Koontz, Sr who survives in Lima.
Mrs. Koontz retired after 30 years with Rudolph Foods.
Survivors also include 3 sons - Keith O. Koontz, Jr. of Lima; Karl (Melanie) Koontz of Elida; Kyle (Jo Ann) Koontz of Sarasota, FL; 2 daughters - Karen Koontz of Lima; Kathy Koontz of Elida; 8 grandchildren; 4 brothers and 4 sisters. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m., Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. A sharing time will be begin at 6:00 p.m., Thursday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Ohio, Northwest - Toledo Chapter.
