Jerry Neuman Obituary
LIMA - Jerry A. Neuman, 83, died at home in Lima, OH on Tuesday Dec 28,
2021, after a long illness. Mr. Neuman was born on Dec 13, 1938, in Allen County to Earl R. and Helen G. Ramer Neuman.
He attended Blume High School in Wapakoneta, OH and enlisted in the US Navy in Oct 1956 and served until Oct 1959. In 1961, he married Karen K. Pitchford of Lima and together raised four children. Employment included a decade at Teledyne Ohio Steel and a decade at General Dynamics Tank Plant of Lima.
In 1991 he started High Tech Metal Products and managed it until his death.
Survivors include his wife, Karen; two sons, Vince (Jodi) Neuman of Spring, TX and Paul Neuman of Cleveland; two daughters Cindy Estill of Lima and Sheila (Patrick) Benhower of Angola, Indiana; siblings Larry Neuman of Lima, Raelene Geren of Wapakoneta and Beverly Beck of Ponte Vedra, FL; three grandchildren Cristine (Jeff) Wallace, Nathan Estill and Kaitlin Neuman and one great grandchild, Braxton Estill. He is also survived by his beloved shop cat, Billy.
He was proceeded in death by granddaughter Camille Estill and brother
Gregory Neuman.
