OTTAWA -- Judy A. (Doll) Utendorf, 64, of Ottawa, passed away at 1:39 p.m., Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 4, 1961, in Lima to the late Lloyd and Marie (Huster) Doll. On September 6, 1986, she married Roger Utendorf, who survives in Ottawa.
Other survivors include a daughter, Michele (fiancé Steve Hanneman) Gibson of Ottawa; three grandchildren: Kennedi, Paisley and Easton; two siblings: Christine Doll of Findlay and Frank (Karen) Doll of Leipsic; and her beloved dog, Jake.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Doll.
Judy graduated from Pandora-Gilboa High School and Ohio Northern University, Magna Cum Laude, earning her bachelor's degree. She worked for 40 years as a Post Office Clerk in Findlay. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic. Judy was a huge baseball fan of two teams: The Detroit Tigers and anyone playing the Cleveland Indians. She loved swimming in the pond and spending time with her family, especially attending her grandchildren's sporting events.
Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic with Fr. George Wenzinger officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. on Monday at Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Leipsic and again on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Parish Life Center, Leipsic prior to Mass at the church.
The family requests you wear your favorite sports team or casual gear for the visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Condolences may be expressed at www.loveheitmeyer.com.

I Remember Judy Babe and the swimming pool that was in her back yard as kids. It was made of Cement Cinder Blocks, lots of fun with cousins. Rest in peace Judy Babe.
