I just found out the news of Mrs. Butterfield's passing. She was my favorite teacher and I specifically remember her patience with teaching me to write in cursive. She was an incredible teacher and she will forever be in my heart.

My thoughts and prayers go to your family. I had the pleasure and honor of being an aide in Julie’s classroom in 2007. She was such an amazing, kind, and sweet teacher that I learned so much from. I was very blessed to have worked with her and get to chat with Luke at the end of every day. Every child that she taught and every person that was fortunate enough to know her is a better person from her influence.
