COLUMBUS GROVE -- Kelly Jo Hayes, 56, formerly of Columbus Grove, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Ohio Health Grant Medical Center. She was born on September 22, 1969, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Everette Sr. and Shirley (Engle) Miller.
She was a graduate of Columbus Grove High School, class of 1987 and The Ohio State University. She was a social worker for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation. She enjoyed camping, musicals and singing. Kelly was an animal lover who also enjoyed entertainment and a good laugh.
Kelly is survived by brothers, Brice (Lorraine) Miller of Findlay and Bill (Lynn) Miller of Columbus Grove; nieces, Amy Miller, Melissa Goedde and Lacey Miller; nephews, Matthew Goedde, Brian Miller, Branden Miller, Bradley Miller and Everette Miller III; numerous great nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by sister, Brenda Goedde, brothers, Kenneth Miller and Everette Miller, Jr.
A celebration of life will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Hartman-Rousculp Community Funeral Home 10879 SR OH-12 Columbus Grove with visitation two hours prior from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
