DELPHOS – Kris Lynell Maas, age, 63, of rural Delphos, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born September 16, 1959 in Lima to Harold and Kay (Galloway) Boley who both survive in Elida. On July 1, 1995, she married Timothy Maas who survives in Delphos.
Kris is also survived by two sons, Jason(Tina) Sevitz of Ladson, SC and Bryan(Angela) Sevitz of Van Wert; nine grandchildren; sisters, Brenda (Bill) Thorsby of Charleston, NC and Cheri (Craig) Zuber of Elida.
She is preceded in death by her in-laws, William and Lucille Bowden; and a brother-in-law, Floyd Hile.
Kris attended Lima Baptist Temple and graduated from Elida High School. She received an Associate's Business Degree from Rhodes State College. She had been employed for over 23 years at Nash Finch, worked two years with the Allen County Commissioner and seven years for the Village of Elida. She had been a Notary Public since 1980. Kris was also very active with the Delphos Interfaith Thrift Store and enjoyed traveling. If Kris knew there was a need she was the first to offer a helping hand and would be your strongest advocate. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 17, 2022, at Weber Funeral Home 1840 E Fifth Street Delphos, Rev. Gary Hohman, officiating. Burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Elida, Ohio.
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at the funeral home, and from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. Monday prior to the funeral. Memorial contributions can be made to Delphos Interfaith Thrift Store. Online condolences may be shared at www.weberfh.net.

I am so sorry to hear this about Kris I didn't know ahe was that ill. I loved this lady. I worked with her at Stolly Ins. Such a wonderful gal to be around. I'm so sorry for your loss. RIP sweet friend.
