Early morning, October 17, 2025, Melody Elizabeth (VonAlmen) Eversole (37) unexpectedly passed away at her beautiful home in Branson, Missouri.
Melody leaves behind husband, Nikolas, and their two beautiful and wild sons Connor and Owen. She leaves behind a trusted beloved friend Samantha Ricker. As well as her brothers Brent and Eric and their families.
Melody loved her family. We always valued time together and memories made over any money or career. Melody loved the simple things, stomping in the creek, hiking to a waterfall, playing in the lake and enjoying the beauty of the natural world around us. She loved swimming all day, cooking up a storm for her guys and snuggling all night. She was an amazing cook, but she could never give you a recipe though, it's always a pinch of this and a pinch of that. She recently got into baking and was making the most amazing sourdough breads and treats. Melody loved to garden and to grow anything. She loved to nurture and create and to live a life as close to nature as possible. Every new property we moved to she would turn a blank space into a sprawling, beautiful ecosystem, full of herbs, vegetables, animals, and the most beautiful flowers. She was so proud this season of her zinnias that she grew with Sammy and that she has provided milkweed for the monarch butterflies. Melody was a beautiful, kind and loving soul and we're all going miss her so much. I love you, Melody, we can't wait to see you again.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at South Side Christian Church with Rev. Todd Cosart to officiate.

I am heartbroken to see this. Melody was the sweetest soul. Praying so hard for Nik and her 2 sons.
