SPENCERVILLE -- Michael "Mike" Briggs, 74, of Spencerville passed away 6:15 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima. There will be a visitation from 11:00-1:00 p.m. followed by his funeral service at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville. Burial will take place following the service at Mount Union United Brethren in Christ Cemetery.
