Susan and I are deeply saddened to learn of Nancy’s passing. We remember Nancy as a kind and generous person who loved her family and was a devoted friend. One of her many endearing traits were the hand-written notes she would send commemorating an event of importance in our lives. That was Nancy Curry, always thoughtful and caring about others. We are grateful for her service as a board member with the Elida Local Schools. Her passion, commitment and genuine caring served her well as a leader in the Elida and greater Lima community. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and to all who knew her as a friend. We considered ourselves blessed to have been able to share in her life. To the family, may the thoughts and prayers of those who loved your mother give you peace and comfort in all the days ahead.

Dear Laura and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you for your loss. Nancy was a very special person and cared for everyone in the Elida community, especially the students and staff. She was always asking me about the girls when they were in the OSU band and latter on as to how they were doing when we exchanged Christmas cards. Both Sue and I will miss her!

Nancy was a lovely person and so kind. She was so proud of her family. I knew her way before she started at the museum and was so glad she joined us as a docent. Prayers are going up for the whole family as I know how close they all are. Laura and Mike I know this will be hard on you both and my heart and love go out to you. I will miss her!!!
