He was born Feb. 13, 1921 in Scotts Crossing to Herbert C. and Elenora (Murray) Foust who preceded him in death. On Nov. 19, 1941 he married Mildred Covault who preceded him in death on Oct. 7, 2011.

Mr. Foust was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps. He was a self-employed builder and farmer. He was a co-founder of the Sports Haven Ice Rink. He enjoyed hunting, watching Westerns on television and the best way to put a smile on his face was bring a little grandchild to him.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 4-8 p.m. in the funeral home, where a Parish Wake service will be held at 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Boys Town.
