My deepest condolences go out to the High family. I have known Dick for about 15 years and I am proud to say that he and his brother Bob are truly the two best friends a man could ask for. Dick had a very kind and generous heart and would go out of his way to help anyone even a stranger. His fun and energetic attitude and positive outlook on everything in life was inspiring to anyone who spent time with him. We had so many great memories with Dick and he will always hold a special place in our hearts.

What a wonderful legacy Dick leaves behind. He touched so many lives with his willingness to be there for you. God will certainly say "well done my good and faithful servant." He dedicated his life in service to others. So many hours in setting up for the many programs presented at TCS and LBT... never complained but always worked his schedule around the need! What a privilege and blessing to have know him. Praying for his precious family during this difficult time.

You can never say too much about a friend. Dick was one of those good friends since 1972. I´m proud to say he even considered ME to be one of his friends. Bob knows and I hope he will tell Dick´s family the good stories if my name comes up. But for now, to Dick´s family, the sorrow will eventually get easier. The pride will replace it and you should have alot of that because Dick set that bar high for you to live up to. You should be extremely proud of the way he lived and what he accomplished with his time with us.

I am so sorry for your loss. Bob was a wonderful man. I went to school, middle and high school, with Bob and his twin brother Richard. I remember Bob, and Richard, all so well. He was funny, kind, generous, and a very nice person. Bob will be greatly missed by everyone. May God watch over and be with you and your families at this time as you go forward. May Bob RIP. May God bless you all.

Our sincere condolences to all of the High family. We have both known Dick for 40+ years from the sheriff's dept. We can't express how much we enjoyed being around Dick, he was always so upbeat and pleasant. We were lucky enough to run into him at lunch a couple of times when in Lima visiting during the past few years and got to enjoy his company. We are very sorry for your loss and have you in our prayers.
