Sonia was not only my beloved first cousin, but she was also my first best friend. We spent every Saturday night at their house (which was also Grandma's house) playing "Hide the Thimble," "Hangman," and listening and memorizing the words to the latest records on the record player. The Dillman famlies always spent Christmas Eve together, too. Except for our two-year age difference, I've never lived my life without her. She was so special, and I will cherish the times spent with her and her family for the rest of my life. She was the life of the party and many times the organizer of the party. She reached out and helped others constantly, and her smile lit up a room. She was as unique as her name. My heart is broken at her passing, but I thank God that she was here and always a wonderful part of my life. We could always pick up where we left off. Wishing Jerry, Tami and Chad, peace, strength and courage to go on without her physically. Her spirit will always be in your hearts. Love, Diane
