LIMA -- William E. "Bill" Oen, 78, Lima, died 9:50 p.m., Tues. Aug. 15, 2023, at Wapakoneta Manor. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Sun. Aug. 20, 2023, at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta. The family will receive friends 1-3 p.m., Sun. at the funeral home. Military rites following the funeral service.
