It is with great sadness that we share the news of Blake M. Edward's passing on July 13, 2021 in Atlanta, GA. He was born November 18, 1989 in Springfield, IL. Blake is survived by his mother, Linda (Russell) Couch and his father Mike (Debbie) Edwards. He is also survived by his siblings, Matthew Edwards, Brandy (Austin) Miller, Garrett Couch, Alex Barker, his grandmother, Norma Edwards as well as numerous relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Billy Edwards, his maternal grandparents, John "Bill" & Dee Ann Bafford and a maternal aunt, Valerie Bafford.
Blake, "BME" lived his life enthusiastically, authentically, and with much courage. He was always loyal and generous to his family and friends. We are thankful for Dan Hubbell and his many years of mentoring and support. We are also grateful that he loved and was loved by Haley and her daughter, Ava.
Blake understood the importance of organ donation, his decision to donate saved the lives of numerous others.
A memorial service was held Sunday, July 18th at Roswell Funeral Home in Roswell, GA.
