Faith was known for being outgoing, talkative and full of life. She was a unique soul who always marched to the beat of her own drum. About five months prior to her passing, she gave her life to the Lord and became affectionately "Sister Faith". Though her journey was made difficult by Juvenile Diabetes, she was deeply loved and will be forever cherished by all who knew her.
She leaves behind her loving parents, Brenda and Richard Stanley; and her siblings, Timothy Stanley, Robert Lee Isiah Stanley, Jacqui (David) Adkins, Jordan (Susan) Parsons, Andrew (Lori) Stanley, Phillip Stanley, and Austin Stanley. She is also survived by her best friend and companion, Matthew Workman.
She is also survived by her aunts, Amy Stowers Thompson and Pamela Browning (John); uncles, Ray Adkins, Jody Stowers (Lisa) and Ron Searls; and numerous beloved cousins including Cerria, Tuesday, Evie, and Audrey Searls; Candy and Casey Browning; Brian (Paige) and Brylan Smith; Brandon Lilly; and Jacob, Aaron, and Brody Thompson.
Faith shared a special sisterly bond with Piper Gillispie and a close brotherly friendship with Lucas Sadler. Lucas' grandparents, Bobby and Kathy Smith were also a beloved part of her life; Kathy created many cherished childhood memories for Faith and Lucas, hosting tea parties and taking them on adventures as they grew up.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Summer Rose Thompson; brother, John Stanley; cousin, Herbie Smith; and grandparents, Alice and Delmar Stanley, Robert and Emma Stowers, and Minnie and Raymond Adkins.
Special appreciation is sent to Dr. Robert Walker and his nurse Christine for their tireless dedication to Faith's care.
